Lorunavi is a family educational web service operated by Nikolai Babakov, an independent developer in Portugal. Personal data contact: privacy@lorunavi.com.
Data we keep
Adult name and email, a protected password hash, child name or nickname, language, answers, points, activity dates, feedback and sessions. New registrations record the version and time of accepting the terms and adult declaration. A child’s full name, email, birth date, school, photos and location are not needed: choose a nickname.
Purposes
Account data and answers provide the service chosen by the family and save progress; session records and attempt limits protect the service; messages support users and meet applicable data protection duties. The parent or legal guardian manages the child profile. Registration requires the necessary account details.
Access and providers
Your family and the administrator can access the account and progress. Data is hosted on a VPS provided by Contabo. The web app has no advertising, third-party analytics, public profiles, shared leaderboard or child messaging. We do not sell data or use it for advertising profiles. External sources have their own privacy policies.
Cookies and your device
The rokasa_session sign-in cookie lasts up to 30 days; rokasa_locale stores the language for up to a year. Local storage also remembers language. These support operation and preferences; no advertising cookies are set. Signing out ends the current session. Sign out on shared devices.
Retention and security
Active account data is kept until account deletion. Deletion in «Family» removes primary records and all sessions immediately; new daily backups are retained for up to 30 days. Archives from the previous service are handled separately on request to privacy@lorunavi.com. Web request logs are retained for up to 30 days; application technical logs have size limits and rotate as they fill. HTTPS protects transmission and passwords are stored as hashes. No service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
In «Family», correct names, change language and password, export JSON data or delete the account with password confirmation. For access, correction, restriction, objection, portability or erasure, contact privacy@lorunavi.com. We may verify identity to protect your account. You may complain to Portugal’s CNPD or your country’s competent authority.
